The meeting of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Concern Energomera” was held on May 14, 2020. The annual report of the Company for 2019 was prior approved at the meeting and were considered the issues related to the preparation and holding of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

There was carried the resolution to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company in the form of absentee voting on June 20, 2020. The agenda of the meeting was approved. The date for compiling a list of persons entitled to participate in the meeting is determined on May 26, 2020.
