The meeting of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Concern Energomera” was held on May 13, 2020. There were considered the annual report and annual accounting (financial) statements of the Company for 2019, as well as were made recommendations on submitting them for approval by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders; the Assessment of the audit report on the accounting (financial) statements of JSC “Concern Energomera” for 2019 has been approved; the conclusion of the Audit Commission of the Company based on the audit of financial and economic activities of JSC “Concern Energomera” for 2019 has been reviewed; recommendations to the Supervisory Board to approve the report of the Internal Audit Department of the Company for 2019 and the work report of the Audit Committee for 2019 have been adopted.
