The meeting of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Concern Energomera” was held on December 18, 2019,  at which were examined the prior results of external audit of the Company and its business units under RAS for the 1st half of 2019. In addition, the following issues were considered:

• New edition of the Risk Management Policy in the Company;

• Implementation of the Internal Audit Department’s recommendations by the Company’s Management;

• Changes in accounting policies of the Company and its business units for 2020 under RAS and IFRS;

The work plan of the Internal Audit Department of the Company has been tentatively agreed for the 1^st half of 2020.
